"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I don’t know how this hotel has a 4.6 or 4.7 rating online. This hotel itself feels like a complete horror—truly terrifying. The bedsheets in the room are dirty, and there are cockroaches crawling on them. The bathroom is leaking from everywhere and is extremely dirty. The commode is filthy. They are providing torn towels. There are spit marks on the walls of the room.Room service is zero. You have to wait 45 minutes to 1 hour just to get a cup of tea. Even for a towel, you have to wait an hour. When you call the reception, no one picks up the phone. Zero service, zero ambience, zero cleanliness. 🙏🏼 DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL AT ALL"

"Please read it before check IN Terrible Experience at Hotel MARKS INN & BANQUET I had an extremely disappointing stay at Hotel MARKS INN & BANQUET, and I would not recommend this place to anyone Please Don’t Go There . 1 : The room was in a horrible condition and bedsheets and towels were stained, clearly not washed properly. The entire space felt unclean and unhygienic even washroom was in an awful state small, poorly maintained, and had a very bad smell. Definitely not up to even basic hygiene standards just to tell (Jet spray not working) 2 : I kept the AC running for over 10 hours but the room remained hot and uncomfortable. I ended up sweating while trying to sleep and it was completely useless. 3 : Terrible Room Service & Staff Behavior: The staff was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Basic requests were ignored, and there was no sense of hospitality at all. 4 Fake Refrigerator: There was a refrigerator in the room, but it wasn’t functioning at all. I had kept some food inside but it got waste in morning because fridge not in working condition. It seems like they keep it there just for show. This hotel felt like a complete scam in the name of hospitality. It’s unacceptable to charge guests for such poor-quality services and amenities. I sincerely hope the management takes feedback seriously, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t count on it."

"I booked marks inn and golden era (an extended branch of it) for our wedding the staff management was extremely rude, they charged us heavily extra without any proper billing statements. The rooms were extremely unhygienic, our guests struggled for extra beddings in winter. They really lag hospitality sense. Not a kind of hotel I'll recommend to people planning for family check-ins, and planning stays more than One day."
